Each product comes with a guarantee of good operation offered by The Printers Pro
Warranty Period
The warranty is provided for The Printers Pro products within the terms and conditions hereof, and covers all defects occurring within the warranty period and are proven to be due to negligence and / or omissions.
The warranty period is set to 24 months for product categories such as PC, Workstation, Server, 12 months for Laptops, Monitor, Spare Parts, Networking, Peripherals, UPS, Printer and POS, 3 months for all batteries from Delivery Date of the products, which is evidenced by a valid Sales-Shipping Note.
Warranty Terms
When sending the defective product, the RMA form should always be filled in, indicating the reason for the return.
The product must be accompanied by a Delivery Note.
It should be well packaged.
The Printers Pro is not responsible for any damage to the product during its transportation.
Shipping costs to and from The Printers Pro are borne by the customer.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) products are only accepted if shipped within 10 calendar days, and shipping costs are borne by The Printers Pro.
In the event of failure to repair the products are replaced or credited.
Warranty Exceptions
After the end of the relevant month from the date of delivery of the product.
If the damage resulted from a different function of the product other than that for which it was designed.
If the damage occurred due to improper handling or poor maintenance.
If the damage resulted from the operation of the product under voltage and frequency other than the one indicated on it.
If the failure resulted from the operation of the product during its connection to a network other than that of PPC.
If the failure was caused by changes in the voltage or frequency of the PPC network.
If the damage was caused by a bad or defective condition of the electrical infrastructure of the area where the device was installed or by adverse conditions within it or by natural disasters.
Warranty Expiration
After the warranty period, the customer is fully responsible for all repair costs.

All our products are provided with 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
In case you are not satisfied you reserve the right to return the product within 14 days.
