SHOP PICKUP
If your order exceeds 100 euros, you should visit our store for 50% down payment and payment upon receipt of the product from our company within the period mentioned on the product. Down payments refer only to customers who pick up their orders from our store in Thessaloniki and not for remote or distant transactions. Our company reserves the right to request a down payment on any product of value from 1 euro and on, if it deems it necessary.
Shipping Modes
For your convenience, the shipment of your order is usually carried out by the cooperating courier company ‘ELTA Courier’ either at your place or at our store.
• Product delivery time:
Orders registered at www.theprinterspro.gr on working days until 15:00 am, provided that the product is available, are normally shipped in 1-2 days in the city of Thessaloniki. For the rest of the region, delivery varies accordingly and can reach 2-3 working days. Regions designated as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, may have different delivery time. The above delivery times are independent of the chosen delivery place or store.
• Below is a summary table regarding the availability of products on working days, relating only to shipment from our company and not to the final delivery to the customer.

For products that are available "upon request", we will contact you and inform you about the delivery time of the products. In any case, delivery time should not exceed 30 calendar days.
To avoid additional shipping costs, the order is executed when all products included in the order are available. If for any reason you wish the delivery of only the available products of the order, please call us at 2314 044553 stating the order number. Deliveries are not made on holidays and on days when the Central Warehouse is closed for inventory purposes. Delivery days and hours are valid for working days and hours respectively; do not apply to holidays and weekends.
Note
In case your order has been paid by credit-debit card or bank deposit then the delivery time can be set to 1-2 working days more, due to issues related to identification of the payment and avoidance of unwanted transactions by the respective bank.

• Shipping Charges:
Shipping within Thessaloniki is free.
Transport costs for all destinations of the basic ELTA Courier network are charged with shipping costs of 3.5 € (VAT included) for the rest of Greece.
Customers upon delivery of the order must check the integrity of packaging. Damaged or broken products are not covered by warranty and should not be picked up.
